ABOUT ME

Hello!

 

My name is Tonya Ekimova. I'm a photographer from St. Petersburg. I am a member of the National Association of Professionals of the Photo Industry. I have a ballet education. I started my professional career in photography in 2013 as a  family and wedding photographer.

I have been  shooting in the genre of ballet photography since 2019, and now this is one of the main areas of my activity. I strive to convey the aesthetics of the ballet lines and the elegance of a dancer within a frame. I create metaphysical images through body plasticity. I work with ballet dancers, students of ballet schools and non-professional dancers.

My works are featured in private collections in Russia, the USA, Great Britain and Israel.
